Washburn University Selects Comprehensive Solutions from YuJa’s Accessibility Suite

Kansas’s Washburn University has chosen three products in YuJa’s accessibility suite to streamline the delivery of accessible content across its digital learning environment. The institution selected the YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform, Accessibility Widget, and Accessibility AutoPilot.AI.

The university was seeking an accessibility solution that would not only help meet evolving accessibility regulations, but that would foster a more inclusive learning environment for all students. YuJa Panorama will integrate with the university’s D2L Brightspace Learning Management System to provide in-line content remediation and the ability to generate alternative formats for various types of content. YuJa Panorama also has powerful, built-in Remediation Engines that identify and correct inaccessible content in documents and images.

Washburn University has also added YuJa’s Website Accessibility Widget, a tool that enables students to customize their web browsing experience with tools like text-to-speech, magnification, and color contrast adjustments. These features ensure that students can easily navigate the university’s digital resources.

Accessibility AutoPilot.AI will help the university address accessibility issues at scale by identifying and fixing issues automatically in the LMS and on the university’s website. AutoPilot automates the remediation of a variety of common accessibility issues, from font size and color contrast to missing elements, hyperlink context issues, and more.
