Wisconsin Technical College System Enables 16 Colleges to License YuJa Panorama Through Master Service Agreement

“Technical colleges play a critical role in workforce development, and accessible content is critical to helping ensure all students can pursue in-demand careers.”

The agreement enables the system’s 16 colleges to license YuJa Panorama and add-on modules at a predictable cost and through a simplified procurement process, making it easier for colleges throughout the system to adopt the accessibility tools that make sense for their institution’s unique requirements.

YuJa Panorama automatically generates accessible versions of documents and provides users with customized website accessibility options they can apply to any webpage. The Platform integrates with all major learning management systems and includes an accessibility gauge that highlights accessibility issues while providing video guidance on how to fix inaccessible content. Specialized remediation engines identify, prioritize, and automate the correction of inaccessible content in documents, including support for math and science equations and AI-powered alternative text generation for images.

Modules like YuJa AutoPilot Remediation automatically remediate accessibility issues, while YuJa Structural Remediation Max provides advanced structural issues to help bring PDF accessibility workflows up to WCAG standards. Other modules enable custom format requests, help with the design and editing of inclusive content, provide AI-assisted notetaking, and more.

“Technical colleges play a critical role in workforce development, and accessible content is critical to helping ensure all students can pursue in-demand careers,” said Nathan Arora, Chief Executive Officer at YuJa, Inc. “We’re excited to work with the Wisconsin Technical College System to help remove accessibility barriers and support student success across their institutions.”
