The multi-year contract was awarded following a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process detailing the community college’s specific service requirements for a video content management system (CMS) that integrates into their existing Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). The proposed solution provides software-based tools for instructors and students to create ad-hoc recordings for flipped classrooms and student-generated content. YuJa’s video content management system also provides the community college with a private media destination for users to access media for review and editing prior to publishing.

State Fair Community College is a public community college in Sedalia, Missouri, adjacent to the Missouri State Fairgrounds. In addition to the Sedalia campus, there are extended campus locations in Boonville, Lake of the Ozarks, Clinton, Warsaw, and Whiteman AFB. The school enrolled 4,284 students in 2019.
