Kline Boudreau, a San Francisco State University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, has spent over 10 years helping SaaS clients succeed. He leads Quality Assurance and Comprehensive Testing initiatives, manages Support Team operations, and drives continuous product improvements by analyzing gaps and escalating key tickets.
Prior to YuJa, Kline spent 8 years implementing training and onboarding processes to various technology companies. Kline is a strong advocate for a “consultative approach” to customer success and believes a great product is a result of a continuous feedback loop directly from clients.
He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
