Montana State University has added the YuJa AutoPilot AI Remediation and YuJa Structural Remediation Max modules to their YuJa Panorama instance to help make their digital course content more aligned with students’ diverse learning needs. The modules implement advanced AI to assist instructors in remediating key accessibility concerns.

Montana State University, a higher education institution with an enrollment of over 17,000 students, announced its adoption of YuJa AutoPilot and YuJa Structural Remediation to support their accessibility initiatives. YuJa AutoPilot extends automated remediation workflows across digital course content, while YuJa Structural Remediation can fix structural issues in Word, PowerPoint, and PDF files, such as incorrect reading order and semantic markup, making content more WCAG-compliant.
YuJa AutoPilot automates content accessibility across multiple courses in learning management system (LMS) content areas, helping instructors ensure that high-priority issues such as missing alternative text, small font size, and low contrast ratios are consistently addressed. YuJa Structural Remediation Max repairs inaccessible files and documents in all major LMS platforms, and enables structural tagging, reading order optimization, AI powered-OCR, and more, helping instructors make their course documents more compliant with accessibility standards.
