YuJa, Inc., a leader in cloud platforms and applications for the regulated sector, announces that the University of Oklahoma has selected the YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform with advanced remediation tools to support its digital accessibility initiatives and to help meet Title II compliance requirements. The university, which serves more than 36,000 students across three campuses and online, will use YuJa Panorama with YuJa AutoPilot AI Remediation Module and the YuJa Structural Remediation Max Module.

As Oklahoma’s flagship public research university, University of Oklahoma officials were seeking a comprehensive accessibility solution that would provide inline remediation not just in the Canvas Learning Management System, but in documents and other course content. Institutional leaders evaluated several accessibility vendors, but selected YuJa Panorama for its robust capabilities like inline remediation, alternative format generation, and analytics and reporting.
In addition to detecting and remediating content, YuJa AutoPilot AI Remediation Module will automate document remediation in documents and WYSIWYG area in the LMS. The tool identifies accessibility issues and proposes solutions, and then sends the corrections to the downstream Remediation Engine for automatic remediation. YuJa Structural Remediation Max will help instructors address more complex and structural PDF accessibility issues, such as structural remediation, missing alt text, heading structures, contrast, tagging, titles, scanned document issues, and more. Along with YuJa Panorama, both tools help bring course content into alignment with compliance standards.
