We will only use the Personal information to (a) understand and meet your product needs and preferences (b) develop new services and product offerings (c) enhance existing service and product offerings (d) manage our day-to-day business and internal operations, (e) meet legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
Please be aware that YuJa may be required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Under certain circumstances YuJa may remain liable for the acts of Third Parties who perform services on our behalf for their handling of Personal Data that we transfer to them.
Access and Choice
YuJa acknowledges that EU individuals have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. An EU individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct their query to firstname.lastname@example.org. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

In the U.S., we adhere to the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and applicable state and federal laws.
YuJa maintains reasonable technical, administrative, and physical processes to safeguard the information that is stored on servers that are located in the jurisdictions where we operate. Personal Information from Children:
YuJa does not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent, concerned school, or educational institution. Please contact Company.Counsel@yuja.comif you believe we have inadvertently collected information about any children under 13, so that we can delete such information as soon as possible.
YuJa has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
