YuJa, a leader in cloud-based compliance and accessibility solutions for regulated sectors, continued to facilitate modern developments in accessible digital experiences through releasing regular product updates, entering into new collaborations, and participating in community initiatives in this quarter.
“We are prepared to help organizations meet new accessibility compliance guidelines that will be implemented in 2026.”
Institutional Growth and Community Development
In the continued effort to scale digital accessibility compliance support across various sectors and institutions, YuJa entered into partnerships with a variety of institutions in Q4, including the University of Arizona, the University of Wyoming, Western Illinois University, and Doane University. YuJa also extended existing collaborations with a number of institutions such as the University of Michigan and Canterbury Christ Church University to provide additional services and solutions to its students.
To broaden its network and share innovative insights with other industry professionals, the company attended a number of conferences across the United States, bringing professional expertise in accessible design and technology to peers in the higher education, business, and public sectors. Notably, YuJa participated in the 12th Annual ATXpo Academic Technology Conference, the annual EDUCAUSE conference, and the annual Accessing Higher Ground conference. Amongst discussions around bridging the gap between teaching, learning, and technology, these sessions also explored approaches for managing large accessibility workflows and AI strategies aligned with new WCAG guidelines.
Platform Additions and Enhancements
Production updates from this quarter focused on keeping up with accessibility, compliance, and legal initiatives that are shifting during this time, as well as on preparing for new legislations that will be implemented in the following year.
SharePoint integration capability was added to the YuJa EqualGround Accessibility Governance Platform, allowing real-time remediation of content in the content management system (CMS) to occur in a more simple and efficient manner. Within this new workflow, YuJa EqualGround will automatically scan all SharePoint files for accessibility issues in a streamlined process, saving time and effort from performing repetitive administrative tasks.
In video management, the YuJa Lumina Video Platform introduced improvements on course management, analytics reporting, and workflow streamlines for administrative tools. More flexibility and customization were also added to the YuJa Lumina Software Capture and YuJa GenAI Video PowerPack Modules to streamline user experience.
YuJa continues to lead digital remediation by releasing new remediation services and workflows in all YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform instances, offering instructors an expanded selection of professional remediation advice, automation options, and enhanced security features. Moreover, YuJa Panorama is anticipating releases in the next quarter to add new Structural Remediation capabilities to Microsoft Office documents, allowing instructors to conduct in-line remediation directly within the interface at scale.
In enhancing security for proctored assessments, The YuJa Verity Test Proctoring Platform received major enhancements that protected the integrity of proctored assessments. The browser extension was redesigned to consolidate proctoring setup steps into a unified flow, and the tool is now able to detect the use of browser sidebars during assessments, strengthening academic integrity.

The YuJa AccessNotes Note-Taking Platform is now the YuJa Intelio AI Knowledge Platform, and it is capable of providing instant, personalized support to students for a seamless and centralized study experience. Students can obtain answers about assignments, quizzes, deadlines, and announcements directly through the tool without searching through course materials, making study sessions and the learning experience more intuitive and efficient.
