Western Illinois University, with two distinct campuses located in Macomb and the Quad Cities in Illinois, has selected the YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform to establish and reinforce its digital accessibility initiatives.

Western Illinois University recently announced that it has chosen the YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform to support and enhance accessible learning across the institution. Integrated directly with Western Illinois University’s learning management system (LMS), the university will be able to provide its students with a flexible learning experience that accommodates various student needs and program requirements.
Prior to its collaboration with YuJa, the university did not have a centralized solution that allowed its staff to monitor and make accessibility-related changes to course content. With YuJa Panorama, faculty can now instantly obtain accessibility scoring and make necessary adjustments such as inline content editing to support course delivery. In addition, STEM content becomes more accessible withYuJa Panorama as handwritten math and chemical equations get converted into accessible formats like LaTeX and Math Text for students to navigate.
