Winona State University, a regional public university and the oldest in the Minnesota State system, has selected the YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform to enhance digital accessibility for its more than 6,000 students at three campuses in Winona and Rochester, Minnesota.

With more than 200 majors and programs, institutional leaders were seeking a comprehensive solution to build their accessibility program from the ground up. With YuJa Panorama, Winona State will be able to proactively identify and remediate accessibility barriers across digital course content directly within its D2L Brightspace LMS. The platform provides automated scanning, remediation guidance, and compliance monitoring tools that streamline workflows for instructors and administrators. Faculty can view accessibility scores and address issues in real time, while institutional leaders can track progress and compliance trends through administrative dashboards. AI-driven engines detect and prioritize inaccessible content, helping the university meet ADA, Section 508, and WCAG standards while supporting the creation of inclusive learning experiences from the start.
