The United Kingdom’s University of Birmingham Selects YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform After Extensive Tender Process

After an extensive tender process, the University of Birmingham has selected the YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform to provide its 38,000 students with accessible learning materials. The University is one of the United Kingdom’s largest and foremost research-led institutions.

The University was seeking an integrated solution to support the digital accessibility of teaching materials in the Canvas Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Institutional leaders wanted an Accessibility Platform that provides automated identification and remediation of accessibility issues within the VLE, including guidance and support for resolution, accessibility reports, and alternative formats. The Platform Remediation Engine identifies and automates the correction of inaccessible content with on-the-spot remediation. YuJa Panorama also provides customized website accessibility profiles, advanced analytics, and other features that help remove barriers to accessibility.
