The April 29-May 2 conference at Boise State University brings together classroom technology managers, AV technicians, instructional designers, and other IT professionals to share knowledge, learn, and network. This year’s event theme is “Bridging Technology and Pedagogy.”

Sessions will focus on the confluence of AV and IT, including the use of technology in teaching and pedagogy, AV design and integration, adaptive or assistive technologies, distance and remote teaching and learning, emerging technologies (such as AR, VR, AI, etc.), media management, and other related topics.

“The NW/MET conference consistently brings together forward-thinking professionals passionate about improving teaching and learning through technology,” said Lauren Day, Account Executive at YuJa, who is attending the event. “We’re excited to chat with attendees, hear about their challenges, and share how innovative ed-tech tools can help meet the evolving needs of institutions with diverse learners.”

As an event sponsor, YuJa will have an exhibitor’s booth. Those planning to attend are invited to stop by Booth #11 for engaging conversations, demos, or to learn more about the ways in which YuJa can help bridge technology and pedagogy.
