Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy
YuJa is committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees free from discrimination on any ground and from harassment at work including sexual harassment.
YuJa will operate a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or sexual harassment in the workplace, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of discrimination or sexual harassment. Based on the seriousness of the offense, disciplinary action may include verbal or written reprimand, suspension, or termination of employment.
Through enforcement of this policy and by education of employees, YuJa will seek to prevent, correct, and discipline behavior that violates this policy.
All employees, regardless of their positions, are covered by and are expected to comply with this policy and to take appropriate measures to ensure that prohibited conduct does not occur.
