    YuJa EqualGround Accessibility Governance Platform – v25.8.0 Release

    Over the next few weeks, we’ll update YuJa EqualGround with new features and capabilities. Key updates include the launch of our brand-new YuJa EqualGround SharePoint Integration Module, the ability to upload sitemaps or CSV files to organize and scan specific web pages, automatically assign users to groups using Azure Entra ID and SSO, and so much more.

    1. Introducing the YuJa EqualGround SharePoint Integration Module!

      Accessibility is now built directly into your SharePoint workflow. With YuJa EqualGround’s new SharePoint Integration Module, you can now bring accessibility scanning to where your content already lives, without the need to switch platforms. This module gives you the power to scan your sites and document libraries directly from within SharePoint. With on-demand and Bulk Sync support for full library scanning, and Accessibility Reports to track remediation, you’ll now have full control over your sites and content, helping you ensure compliance while saving time.

    2. Upload Sitemaps or CSV Files to Organize and Scan Specific Web Pages

      You can now upload an XML sitemap or CSV file, and EqualGround will use it to find and scan the specified web pages. Instead of adding a website and automatically scanning all the pages, you can now organize and define exactly which pages to include. This makes it easy to organize the web pages you want scanned, focus on the important content, and keep track of your scans more efficiently.

    3. Automatically Assign Users to Groups using Azure Entra ID and SSO

      New users can now be automatically placed into the right groups based on their roles or department when they log in through your single sign-on (SSO) system with Azure Entra ID and SCIM integration. For example, all new marketing team members from your organization can be instantly added to the EqualGround Marketing group, while the instructors join the EqualGround Instructors group. This feature gets new users organized into EqualGround right away, speeds up onboarding, and frees administrators from time-consuming manual tasks.

    4. Redesigned Issues Panel for Faster Accessibility Reviews

      The EqualGround Issues Panel has been redesigned to help you review and solve accessibility issues more quickly and efficiently. You can now move through issue instances using simple arrow buttons while still viewing each issue directly on the web page, so you never lose context. All key information is presented in one place, including Issue Details, Why This Matters, and How to Fix, helping you understand your issues and take action faster. You also have a direct link to the YuJa Accessibility Guide, jumping directly to the section that explains each issue.

    5. Improved Role and Team Management Experience

      EqualGround now offers an improved Role Management experience designed to make organizing your users and teams more intuitive. The enhanced workflow lets you easily create roles, build teams, add users, and assign the right access to each group. This new workflow gives you clear control over who can access specific websites and creates a faster, more efficient onboarding experience. We have also refreshed the team invitation email, making it more user-friendly so new users can join your EqualGround teams more effortlessly.

    6. “New” Badge Highlights Recently Added Web Pages

      When reviewing web pages in EqualGround, you can now quickly spot the most recently added web pages highlighted with a “New” badge. The badge appears for three days after a new web page is added to EqualGround, or whenever newer pages are added, helping you easily identify newly added content so you can prioritize what to scan next.

    7. Quickly Add Multiple Team Members with CSV Upload

      You can now add multiple team members at once through CSV file upload. When adding a new group of users, you can quickly add everyone to the right EqualGround team without entering each user manually. Once the team is set up, you can immediately assign website access and roles to all or selected team members, saving time and ensuring your teams are fully organized and ready to start.

    8. Enhanced Text Search with Regex

      You can use regex options when creating a policy rule. Previously, EqualGround could find specific content, media, or documents based on elements, file type, and other criteria for websites. With the new regex capability, the EqualGround search engine can now find specific sequences of letters and symbols when making text related policies, giving you more flexibility and precision in your website searches.

    9. Discover Important Announcements and Insights With New Event Banners

      Administrators can now view event banners directly within EqualGround, keeping your team informed about important announcements and upcoming webinar opportunities. Designed with your workflow in mind, these banners help you discover new features, learn shortcuts to boost efficiency, and stay ahead of industry trends. You can navigate between banners using the arrow buttons or dismiss them for the current session. All of this can be done without leaving the page, giving you useful updates without interrupting your work.

    10. Personalize Your DocHub Experience

      EqualGround has upgraded DocHub to make managing your files and accessibility reports easier than ever. You can now customize the DocHub name in the sidebar to match your branding or make it clearer for your team. This simple change makes a big difference, helping you quickly find and access DocHub while keeping your workspace aligned with your organization’s needs.

    11. Subscribe to Scheduled Scan Reports to Stay on Top of Key Insights

      You can now subscribe to receive daily, weekly, or monthly reports for accessibility, SEO, documents, performance, or usability. Once subscribed, the reports are delivered straight to your inbox on your chosen schedule, without having to manually check each report page. This way, you can save time while staying on top of important insights and trends in your scans.

    YuJa EqualGround Accessibility Governance Platform – v25.7.0 Release

    This week, we’ll be updating YuJa EqualGround with new features and capabilities. Key updates include a new Microsoft SharePoint integration Add-in, custom schedules for scans, a new guide experience for first-time users, add web pages to website scans, the ability to disable specific web pages, bulk scan web pages, a new filter to view desired web pages, and export the documents found on your websites to an Excel file.

    1. New SharePoint Add-In for Deeper Site and Document Library Integration

      The new Microsoft SharePoint integration enables faster, simpler, and more efficient scanning and management of your SharePoint sites and document libraries. You will be able to focus more on accessibility fixes instead of administrative tasks. Key features include:

      • Time-Saving Full Access: Once you grant EqualGround one-time permission to scan all your SharePoint sites and document libraries, you no longer need to approve each one individually before scanning.

      • Simplified Management: You can add multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries under the same Microsoft account for faster setup and to keep everything organized in one place.

      • Automatic Syncing: Once enabled, any new page you add to your SharePoint will be automatically included in your next scan without any extra setup.

    2. Custom Scan Scheduling for Websites and Page Groups

      You can now schedule scans with much more flexibility, such as every 3 days, 5 days, or any number of days, weeks, months, or years, for specific page groups or entire websites. Automating your scan schedule to match how often you update your content ensures new content is automatically checked for accessibility issues, instead of having to manually initiate scans after each update.

    3. A New Guided Experience for Setting Up Your EqualGround Platform

      As a first-time user, you can now start with our Quick Setup Guide, which walks you through the essential steps to ensure your EqualGround Platform is set up correctly. The guide shows you how to add websites and ensure your integrations are up and running. Any user new to EqualGround can quickly set up and start scanning pages and documents with confidence. You can access the Quick Setup Guide anytime from your profile icon.

    4. Add Specific Web Pages to Your Website Scans

      Add specific web pages on demand to improve scan coverage across your websites. This allows you to include web pages that aren’t in your navigation or sitemap, such as launch pages, campaign content, and microsites, ensuring EqualGround can generate more accurate reports for your websites. Additionally, these web pages can also be scanned independently of your website, allowing you to focus on areas that need attention.

    5. Disable Web Page Scans as Needed

      Disable scans for low-priority web pages to focus on what matters. Skip routine checks for content that rarely changes, like policies, archived sections, or duplicate templates, so you can prioritize high-impact web pages and keep reports cleaner and more actionable.

    6. Bulk Scan Multiple Web Pages at Once

      Managing large websites with hundreds of pages is now easier. Building on our existing bulk website scanning feature, you can now select and scan multiple web pages at once to save time and optimize accessibility audits for large websites. Instead of manually selecting each web page you want to scan, you can complete one scan for all the web pages at once.

    7. Enhanced Filtering Options for Web Pages

      You can now filter web pages by accessibility, SEO, performance, usability, and document scores, showing only those that are in the specified range. You can also filter web pages by their scan status, such as showing only pages with completed scans. With these filters, you can spend less time searching for the web pages you want and more time improving your web page issues and review process.

    8. Export a Report of Documents Found on Your Websites

      Export an Excel report of your scanned website documents to take on the go for offline viewing. See accessibility scores and issue counts at a glance to spot patterns, prioritize fixes, and share improvements with external users.

    YuJa EqualGround Accessibility Governance Platform Update – v25.6.0 Release

    We’ll be rolling out updates to all YuJa EqualGround Accessibility Governance Platform instances over the next few weeks. This release introduces comprehensive asset tracking through the new Inventory tab, enhanced Policy Engine capabilities with complex rule logic and streamlined website assignment, and improved issue management with visual badges for new problems and detailed fix explanations.

    We have successfully pushed an update to all YuJa EqualGround Accessibility Governance Platform instances residing in the US, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. This release introduces the new Workflow Orchestration module for enhanced project management and team collaboration, streamlined scanning interfaces with unified progress tracking, improved issue navigation across all report types, and flexible SSO integration with automatic team assignment.
