SAN JOSE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–YuJa, Inc., a leader in enterprise media solutions, recently was awarded a contract to provide University of West Georgia (UWG) with a comprehensive, cloud-hosted Video Platform.
A trial of the YuJa Video Platform helped demonstrate not only the ease of use, but how YuJa can add a level of interactivity into courses and how simple it is to get help quickly when needed.
University officials evaluated a number of video platforms, focusing on how well the platforms could meet institutional needs in areas like D2L integration, accessibility, quizzing features, scalable storage, adaptive streaming, device compatibility for lecture capture, and ongoing support.
YuJa replaces the university’s previous academic video platform vendor and will help meet current and future video recording and storage needs.
“A trial of the YuJa Video Platform helped demonstrate not only the ease of use, but how YuJa can add a level of interactivity into courses and how simple it is to get help quickly when needed,” said Nathan Arora, Chief Business Officer at YuJa, Inc. “No longer will UGA experience issues with reliability or support.”
The transition will take place through the end of the year with automatic migration of recordings from the university’s previous vendor.
