YuJa Panorama Workflow Orchestration will be updated over the next few weeks. Updates will include automatic email notifications for new project members, streamlined user selection with autocomplete functionality, a new List view layout with sortable tables and editable fields, auto-hiding of completed tasks, celebratory animations for task completion, and comprehensive ticket activity logs.
Streamlined User Selection for Workflow Projects
Users can now upload images to workflow text fields using either a browse dialog or by pasting screenshots directly into descriptions and comments. In addition, different languages and emojis are now supported across all task text fields.

Email Notifications Added for Workflow Project Managers
Adding new members to Workflow projects will automatically trigger email notifications to inform them of their collaboration access so they can then begin contributing to accessibility remediation projects.

Auto-Hide Completed Workflow Tasks for Improved Focus
Completed workflow tasks older than one week will be automatically hidden from view by default, keeping project boards focused on active work. Users can toggle the Hide Old Items filter to view all completed tasks when needed, while recent completions remain visible for immediate reference.

Celebration Animation Added for Completed Workflow Tasks
Moving tasks to the “Done” column will now trigger a celebratory animation that acknowledges task completion. This visual feedback creates a more engaging experience for teams tracking their accessibility remediation progress.

New Advanced Workflow Management List View
Users will be able to switch between Board and List view layouts when managing Workflow projects, with the List view presenting tickets in a sortable table format. The table includes editable fields for quick updates to ticket details like status, assignee, and due dates, streamlining project management for accessibility remediation teams.

View Ticket Activity and History in Workflow Management
Users will be able to access an activity log for each workflow ticket, showing creation details, status changes, and modification history with timestamps and user attribution.

We’re pushing an update to all YuJa Structural Remediation Max Module instances residing in the United States, Canada, European Union, and Australia. Over the next few weeks, key updates you’ll see will include a new option to try the module out, along with HTML preview functionality for reading order verification, enhanced PDF zoom controls for large documents, and the ability to create and modify PDF bookmarks for improved navigation and screen reader accessibility.
Integrated Free Trial Programs of Structural Remediation
Administrators will now be able to request a complimentary 7-day trial of Structural Remediation Max directly from the YuJa Accessibility Products Marketplace. The trial will provide credits to explore advanced remediation capabilities such as correcting document structure, adjusting reading order, and adding semantic meaning to content.

HTML Preview for Structural Remediation Reading Order
Users will be able to preview the HTML version of their document’s reading order during structural remediation, including images and visual highlighting. This preview feature will help content creators verify that their document structure flows logically before finalizing remediation changes.

Improved PDF Controls for Large Documents
Users will be able to zoom in and out of PDF documents within both the Accessibility Report and Structural Remediation interfaces, with support for viewing documents larger than the viewport area. Issues and structural elements will remain properly highlighted at all zoom levels to maintain visual clarity during remediation.

Ability to Group Elements by Page
Users will be able to group and organize structural elements by page using a toggle feature during PDF remediation. This enhancement provides better visual organization of document structure and ensures that element movements between pages are properly saved and reflected in the PDF preview.

Add and Modify PDF Bookmarks
Users will be able to create and edit PDF bookmarks during structural remediation, providing a navigational table of contents that helps both users and screen readers quickly locate and jump to specific sections.

We’re rolling out YuJa Software Capture for PC updates, including a new visual application selection interface, streamlined shared profile creation for administrators, improved microphone device naming in audio controls, and quick access to your Media Library with a single click.
New Application Window Selection Interface
Select which applications to capture with a new window selection interface. Users will see a visual grid of all open, non-minimized windows and can choose up to two applications for recording, eliminating guesswork about which content is being captured. This gives users complete control over what gets recorded to help ensure they capture the right applications every time without having to resize or rearrange windows beforehand.

Set Default Video Capture Resolution in Application Settings
Admins can now configure their preferred video capture resolution once in Application Settings rather than adjusting it for each recording session. This default applies to new recordings while preserving any resolution settings already configured in saved profiles.

New Quick Access Button to Access the Media Library
Instructors will be able to launch their browser and jump directly to the Media Library with a single click from the Software Capture interface. This streamlined workflow eliminates the need to navigate through your LMS when you want to quickly edit recordings or manage your content after capturing.

Improved Microphone Device Naming in Audio Controls
Audio indicators will now show your microphone device names instead of generic “Mic Source” labels. Users can hover over any audio bar in the Confidence Monitor or recording toolbar to see which specific microphone they are monitoring.

Streamlined Shared Profile Creation for Administrators
Administrators will now be able to create shared profiles directly from the main profile section, making it easier for IT managers to set up profiles that other team members can access and schedule.

Simplified Livestream Link Sharing
When broadcasting live, Software Capture will now display the direct livestream URL at the bottom of the main window with a convenient copy button. Share your stream link instantly without needing to navigate to the Video Platform or remember complex URLs.

For the YuJa Hardware Hub, this update includes enhanced NDI camera support with a new Network Peripherals interface for simplified device configuration and management.
Enable NDI Device Support Through Device Configuration
Campus administrators and support staff can now enable or disable NDI devices directly from the Hardware Hub’s device configuration panel. A new Network Peripherals tab provides a simple toggle to control NDI camera availability, automatically showing or hiding the NDI interface based on the selection.
Simplified NDI Camera Configuration and Management
Users will now be able to configure and manage NDI cameras directly through the Hardware Hub’s new Network Peripherals interface. Users can search for available NDI devices, enable them with a click, and adjust individual camera settings once they’re connected.
Over the next few weeks, this update will introduce AI Contextual Analysis for systematic video content evaluation through custom templates, enhanced timestamp editing for audio descriptions, and improved analytics visualization with updated chart displays for better data readability.
New AI Contextual Analysis Feature Will Provide Video Content Insights Through Custom Templates
A new AI Contextual Analysis capability will be added to the GenAI PowerPack, allowing administrators to create custom question templates and apply them across video collections to gain insights into content patterns. This feature enables systematic analysis of video content, such as tracking instructional practices or engagement metrics, through AI-powered evaluation of video transcripts and visual content.
Custom Question Templates: Administrators can create reusable templates with specific questions to analyze content consistently across multiple videos.

Template Management Workflow – Administrators can create, edit, and delete templates.
Targeted Video Analysis: Templates can be applied to selected subsets of videos, allowing for focused analysis of specific courses, departments, or content types without processing the entire video library.
Integrated Analytics Dashboard: Results will be displayed through a new Sentiment AI tab in video analytics and the GenAI Analytics page, providing both individual video insights and aggregate data visualization.

Role-Based Access Control: The feature will be available only to administrators through the GenAI PowerPack Control Center, with template management and response generation restricted to admin accounts.

Analytics Chart Updated to Bar Graph for Improved Readability
In the upcoming release, the Analytics page will display data using a bar chart instead of the previous donut chart to improve visualization and data readability while maintaining all existing tooltip functionality and responsive design.

Enhanced Audio Description Editor Will Support Timestamp Adjustments for Improved Precision
The Enhanced Audio Description Editor will include the ability to edit timestamps directly, allowing users to fine-tune the timing of audio descriptions for more precise placement within videos.

New API Endpoint Will Generate Enhanced Audio Descriptions Using GenAI
A new API endpoint will allow developers to programmatically trigger GenAI-powered Enhanced Audio Description generation for specific videos. This endpoint will enable automated accessibility enhancement workflows through third-party integrations and custom applications.
We have successfully pushed an update to all YuJa Structural Remediation Max Module instances residing in the United States, Canada, European Union, and Australia. This update includes a complete interface redesign for enhanced user experience, improved document navigation with expanded tag tree visibility, enhanced PDF issue detection capabilities, and a significantly improved OCR engine for faster, higher-quality processing.
Complete Redesign for Enhanced Remediation Experience
We’ve completely redesigned the Structural Remediation Max Module’s interface to deliver a more intuitive, accessible, and efficient remediation workflow. Key improvements include:
Enhanced Visual Design: Streamlined layout with improved organization of tools and clearer visual hierarchy

Accessibility Improvements: Full keyboard navigation support and comprehensive screen reader compatibility
Updated User Guidance: Comprehensive tooltips and improved labeling throughout the interface
Optimized Workflows: Simplified processes for editing document structure, managing reading order, and tag modification

Improved Element Management: Enhanced tools for image selection, AI generation, and bookmark organization

Default Two-Level Tag Tree Expansion Improves Document Navigation
With this update, the tag tree now expands to show two levels by default, providing immediate visibility into the document’s structural hierarchy without requiring manual expansion. This improvement helps users quickly identify and navigate to specific elements within complex PDF structures and streamlines the remediation workflow.

Improved PDF Issue Detection and OCR Fix for Malformed Documents
With this update, YuJa Panorama now distinguishes between corrupted PDFs, which cannot be opened, and malformed PDFs, or structural issues preventing report generation. Malformed documents are now fixable using the Fix Issue button through OCR processing. This helps address scanned documents that were previously flagged as problematic but that can be repaired and processed successfully.
Improved OCR Reconstructed Tagged PDF Engine Improves Speed and Quality of Outputs
We’ve significantly enhanced our OCR Overlaid Tagged PDF engine to deliver faster processing speeds and improved output quality. This update resolves critical issues including blank page generation during OCR reconstruction and provides more accurate tagging across all types of PDF documents.
