    YuJa at ATXpo 2025: Exploring AI Innovation in Higher Education

    The Bay Area ed-tech event brings together forward-thinking faculty, students, and staff from eight institutions to explore the future of teaching and learning with technology. Attending institutions will include the University of San Francisco, UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, Stanford University, San Francisco State University, San Jose State University, Santa Clara University, and Saint Mary’s College of California. This year’s theme is “AI to Z in Ed Tech: Impact, Innovation, and Literacy.” More than 30 IdeaLabs will be organized around three session tracks:  AI and Technology in Learning and Instruction: Applying AI and other technologies to enhance instructional design, content creation, assessment, and overall learning experiences. AI-Powered Career and Skill Development Tools: Using AI-driven tools such as chatbots and GPTs to support career exploration, skill development, and academic or professional assistance.     YuJa to Present at EDUCAUSE 2025

    EDUCAUSE 2025 is the largest gathering of higher education IT professionals and technology providers from around the world, connecting the best thinkers in higher education technology. The two will present “Scaling Accessibility: How Automation and AI are Making Universal Access Achievable.” Date: Tuesday, Oct. 28  Time: 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. CDT. Location: Music City Center, Nashville, TN As educational institutions continue to prioritize inclusive learning environments, this session will provide valuable insights into leveraging technology to break down barriers and create truly accessible educational experiences for all students. The session will explore how cutting-edge automation and AI technologies are revolutionizing accessibility in higher education.     YuJa to Present an Accessibility and Compliance Session at the Upcoming Digital Pedagogy Institute 2025

    YuJa representatives will attend the event, hosted by the University of Toronto Scarborough Library, Brock University, Toronto Metropolitan University, and the University of Waterloo.

    Beyond Compliance — Transforming Digital Accessibility

    YuJa representatives Jay Kim, YuJa’s Director of Sales and Danny Tran, Account Executive will present “Panorama: Beyond Compliance — Transforming Digital Accessibility,” Thursday, August 14, at noon eastern as part of Workshop 11 This session offers a hands-on demonstration of YuJa Panorama, a digital accessibility platform that transforms how institutions support inclusive learning.     About the Conference

    Founded in 2014, the Digital Pedagogy Institute represents a unique collaboration focused on the innovative use of digital technologies to enhance and transform undergraduate and graduate teaching and learning.  Now in its 11th year, the conference welcomes faculty, researchers, graduate students, educational developers, librarians, and other post-secondary personnel through keynote addresses, presentations, workshops, and digital tool training. The event has several themes around the state of digital pedagogy education, collaborations, best practices, and innovative new uses for traditional digital tools.  Five streams will address key challenges in digital education: 
    • Digital Pedagogy and Emerging Technologies: This stream will explore how new technologies like AI and immersive learning tools are changing higher education, examining both opportunities and challenges they present for teaching and learning.
    • Critical Digital Pedagogy and the Post-Truth Society: This will address the growing difficulty of identifying reliable information online, focusing on how educators can help students develop digital literacy skills and navigate misinformation.
    • Digital (De)colonialism: The third stream examines how digital tools and teaching methods can support anti-racist and decolonization efforts in curriculum and research, sharing practical approaches and lessons learned.
    • Inclusivity, Accessibility, and Digital Pedagogy: This stream is focused on breaking down barriers to learning through digital tools and will share strategies for creating more inclusive educational experiences that work for all students.
    • Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility: This stream tackles the environmental impact of digital education technologies, exploring how institutions can balance technological innovation with environmental stewardship.
